Antônio Francisco Pereira de Araújo

Has B.S. degree in Biology (Universidade de Brasília, 1990), B.S. degree in Mathematics (Universidade de Brasília, 1992) and M.S. degree in Molecular Biology (Universidade de Brasília,1992). Got his Ph.D. from the Graduate Program In Biophysics - Brandeis University (1997) and was Post-Doctoral fellow in Harvard University (2001/2002) and also in the University of California at San Diego (2009/2009). He is currently an Associate Professor at Universidade de Brasília. Has interest in Biophysics, focusing on Protein Folding, specially the following themes: protein folding, lattice model, hydrophobicity, structural segregation, monte carlo simulations, molecular dynamics and protein structure prediction. Works on the project Protein Folding.
